  • What is Global Settings?
    Global Settings, as the name suggests, holds information that applies globally to all Yoga Studios (in case you have multiple Yoga Studios set up in the portal) that the Admin user has set up. It consists of sections "Program Categories" and "Client Sources". Program Categories are the categories defined for all the Yoga Programs. Client Sources is a list of all the sources from which your Yoga Center is acquiring Clients. Admin user can edit and manage all of this information.
  • How to edit Teacher's information details?
    You can edit the information of your Teachers from the Teachers tab. To edit information of a Teacher, Switch to the "Teachers" tab from the left navigation menu. From the list of Teachers, select the Teacher you want to edit the information of. On the teacher screen, click on the "Edit" button on the top right-hand side. You are now in Edit mode and you can edit all the fields. Once changes are done, you can click "Save" the changes.
  • How to add multiple Yoga Centers?
    Admin user can add multiple Yoga Centers and manage all the Centers from one single portal. To add a new Yoga Center In the Admin portal, click on the name of your existing Yoga Center in the top right-hand corner of the screen. From the dropdown, click on "Add New Center". The Add New Center form will appear. Fill out the details of the new Yoga Center and click "Save". Your new Yoga Center is added to your portal successfully. You can switch between your multiple Yoga Centers by clicking on the name as before and selecting the desired Yoga Center from the list of Centers in the dropdown menu.
  • What is User Settings?
    User Settings is the section of your Admin portal that holds all the personal information about the Admin user. As an admin, you can see and edit all your personal details like name, email, phone, address and more.
  • How to add a Teacher under the Yoga center?
    You can add Teachers (Instructors) in your Yoga center portal. To add a new Teacher, Switch to the "Teachers" tab from the left navigation menu. On the Teachers page, click on the "Add a Teacher" button to add a new Teacher. In the "Add Teacher" form, fill in the details about your instructor such as Name, Gender, Email, Phone and more and confirm all the details. Once done, click on "Add Teacher" to successfully add to your portal. You can manage all the Instructors from this page.
  • How to redeem wallet balance?
    Wallet balance can be redeemed during an Event booking at the "Confirm Assignment" step, as shown below.
  • How to move a client from Waitlist to a Program?
    When a Client is in the Waitlist of an Event of a Program, you can assign the Program to the Client and move the Client out of the Waitlist. To move a Client from Waitlist, Navigate to the Event of the Program that you want the Client to be assigned to. In the "Waitlist" tab, you will see the list of Clients added as waitlist for that Event. To assign a Client, click on "Assign" next to the Client name. Confirm by clicking "Add". Next, confirm the assignment and click on "Go to Payment". Finally, complete the payment to successfully assign the Client to that Event of the Program.
  • How to redeem Practise Session Pass for a Client?
    You can provide a Client with Practise Session Pass while assigning the Client to a Practise Session, if the Client has active Pass(es). Select the Client that you want to assign to a Practise Session. Click on the "Assign Practise Session" button. (Passes are not available for regular sessions) Select the Practise Session for the Client. Confirm the selection and proceed. Select the Practise Session Pass from the list as shown here. As you select a Pass, the amount will change accordingly. Then you can proceed to make the payment and confirm the assignment for the Client.
  • What is Wallet?
    A wallet serves as a digital repository for your account, capable of storing your credit balance in a digital format that can be utilized when booking classes or requesting refunds upon unsubscription.
  • How to schedule a Practise Session under a Program?
    You can add Practise Sessions under a Program. To add a Practise Session, Click on "Manage Events" from the selected Yoga Program. Switch to the "Practise Sessions" tab. To add a new Practise Session, click on the "Add Practise Session" button. The new Practise Session form will open up. Fill out this form with all the details of your Event, like Start date, End date, Capacity, Fees and more. After filling out the form, click on "Review" to continue. You can review the practise session that you have created for the Program. Once you confirm, click on "Add" to successfully add this Practise Session in the Yoga Program.
  • When creating an Event, in the "Add Venue" section, it asks for address information only. Is there a spot for adding a venue name also?
    Venue should be selected when sessions are scheduled at a different location other than the main Yoga studio. Yo can put the venue name in the address itself to avoid confusion. We are working to add a seperate field for this in upcoming updates.
  • Mandatory settings required after signing up to the platform and before configuring the first Program.
    In order to start configuring your programs, you need to have the following: Have added a minimum of one category under Global Settings > Program Categories. Have added a minimum of one room under Yoga Center Settings > Rooms. Have added a minimum of one client source in the Global Settings > Client Sources section. Have added details of your Stripe payment account in the Yoga Center Settings > Payment Settings.
  • Where to check how much balance a Client's wallet has?
    You can check wallet balance under the Client's page, as shown below.
  • How is User Settings different from Yoga Centre Settings?
    User Settings and Yoga Centre Settings are both parts of your Studio management portal but with different purposes and features. User Settings is the section where you will find your personal information like name, email, phone, address and more. This is where you can access, edit and manage all of your personal information. Yoga Centre Settings is the section where you will find information about your active Yoga Centre like information about your Yoga Centre (address, Centre ID, Phone), a directory of all the registered rooms in your Yoga center with ability to remove and edit rooms, and Payment Settings which holds information about your Stripe payment account.
  • How to unsubscribe and refund a client from an Event or a Practise Session?
    You can remove/unsubscribe a Client from an upcoming Event from the Client's Programs page. To remove/unsubscribe a Client, Navigate to the Client's page from the Clients tab. Under the "Programs" tab, you will find the upcoming Program listed that this Client is assigned to. Click on it to enter the modal as you see here. Click on the "Remove Subscribe" button to unsubscribe the Client from this Event of the Program. Click on "Proceed to Refund" to confirm and move to the next step. Confirm the particulars for the subscription in the modal as shown below. At the bottom, click on "Confirm and Unsubscribe" to unsubscribe the Client from the particular Event or Practise Session. A confirmation modal will show and the refund will be processed to the original payment source. The Client will also receive a confirmation email for the same.
  • Can wallet balance be redeemed across multiple Yoga centres?
    No, wallet balance can only be redeemed for the same Yoga centre under which it has been credited.
  • What are the Reports available?
    As of now, we provide real-time analytics with data points such as Average Attendance of Clients, Total Revenue, Active Classes and more, along with Reports. There are four types of Reports: Client Report that provides details of all the Clients that are in your Yoga studio portal. Program wise Report that provides details such as average attendance of clients, enrollments, revenue and more on a Program basis. Revenue Report that provides information of transactions, total revenue, Clients and programs by date ranges. Attendance Report provides total attendance, no. of programs, members and more by date ranges. You can access all the Reports and other data in the "Reports" tab on the left navigation menu.
  • How to add balance to a Client's wallet?
    The client's wallet can be credited when processing a refund for a cancelled class booking. The admin has the option to select "Wallet" as the refund method, and the refunded amount will be retained for future booking use.
  • What is the difference between an Event and a Practise Session?
    An Event, generally, is a workshop that comprises of sessions (classes). Events can be of multiple days or a single day. Practise Sessions are, generally, one-time sessions that occur after completion of a workshop (Event). Practise sessions are generally single-day sessions.
  • How to schedule an Event under a Program?
    You can add Events in a Program. To add an Event, Click on "Manage Events" from the selected Yoga Program. To add a new Event, click on the "Add Event" button. The new Event form will open up. Fill out this form with all the details of your Event, like Start date, End date, Capacity, Fees and more. You can also switch between a "Single Day" event and a "Multi Day" event from these radio choices. After filling out the form, click on "Review" to continue. You can review the sessions that you have created for the Event. Once you confirm, click on "Add" to successfully add this Event in the Yoga Program.
  • How to configure a new Program?
    Switch to the "Programs" tab from the left navigation menu. Here, you will find the list of all the Yoga Programs that are defined. To add a new Program, Click on the "Add Program" button. The Program Details will open up. Fill in the details of the new Program that you want to create, like Program Name, Description, Category, Fees and more. After filling out the form, click on "Save" to add the Program to your Yoga Studio portal. You can further add and define Events and Sessions in this Program.
  • What is Yoga Centre Settings?
    Yoga Centre Settings is the section of the Admin portal consisting of information about the Yoga Center and other actionable items. The section is sub-divided into three categories, namely, "Centre Profile", "Rooms" and "Payment Settings". Centre Profile consists of information about the Yoga Center that Admin can see and edit, such as, Center ID, Phone, Address and more. Rooms consists of a list of all the rooms that Admin user has listed in the Yoga Center, available to edit and manage. Payment Settings is the section containing the Stripe account details for streamlined payments experience.
  • While adding a Yoga Program, what is the cumpolsary "Website URL" field and what URL should be filled there?
    The compulsary "Website URL" field asks you for a URL where more information is present about the Yoga Program that you are creating on the platform. This URL can be a specific page of your own website or the website of your Yoga Studio which has information abut the Yoga Programs that your studio provides. To add the URL, go to the pecific website or webpage with the relevant information and copy the URL and paste it in the field. Refer to the image below.
  • How to configure Practise Session Pass settings under a Program?
    You can add Practise Session Pass while adding a Yoga Program. You can also add or edit more Passes in the edit mode. To add a Practise Session Pass, In the Programs tab, click on the "Add Program" button to add a new Program. In the "Program Details" form, fill the fileds called "", "", and "" to define the number of Passes applicable for the Practise Session under that Program, the value of one Pass, and the Expiry of the Passes respectively. You can also add more Passes or remove them at any time by clicking on the Edit icon and changing the values.
  • What are the Payment Methods available?
    As of now, we provide three payment methods for your payments and transactions. The Payment methods are: Cash that is taking payments with upfront cash from the Client and completing the transaction. Send Payment Link that allows you to send an email with a payment link to the Client which they can then pay with and a payment entry is made in the system. Pay with Client's Credit Card Details that is a method where you can input credit card information of your Client for a payment and make the transaction on behalf of the Client.
  • Is the "Rooms" section in the Yoga Center Settings only for the main studio? Or is it possible to create rooms within each venue?
    The "Rooms" section stores the room names of your main Yoga Studio only and can be used when creating an Event in the main studio only. Refer to the image below. When creating an Event for a different location other the main Yoga studio, choose the "Custom Venue" option and choose an already stored venue address from the dropdown list or add a new venue address and use that. Refer to the image below.
  • How to add Stripe account information?
    For your payments, we require the details of your Stripe account. You can add the details on the portal through the Payment Information tab under the "Yoga Center Settings" tab from the left navigation menu. We require two key values from your Stripe account, namely the "Publishable key" and the "Secret key". We advise that you enter these values correctly and make sure that they are correct because it might impact the payment process.
  • Where to check Practise Session Pass details?
    You can view all your Practice Session Passes (including currently active passes) in the Passes tab. Navigate to the "Passes" tab from the left navigation menu. This is where you will find a list of all your Practise Session Passes. Under the "Status" column, you can see for Active passes.
  • Can wallet balance be redeemed across multiple Yoga centres?
    No, wallet balance can only be redeemed for the same Yoga centre under which it has been credited.
  • How to edit personal information?
    You can edit your personal information at any time. To edit your personal information, Navigate to the "User Profile" tab under the User Settings tab from the left navigation menu. Here, next to the "All Details" label, you can see the "Edit" button. Click on it to enter the edit mode. While in the edit mode, change any information in the fields as you wish, Once you are done, click on "Save" to save the changes.
  • How to change password?
    You can change your portal password at any time. To change your password, Navigate to the "Change Password" tab under the User Settings tab from the left navigation menu. Here, you can change your password. Enter the current password and then enter the new password you want to create. Finally, confirm the new password one more time and click on "Submit" to save the changes. Your password has been successfully updated.
  • What is the difference between an Event and a Practise Session?
    An Event, generally, is a workshop that comprises of sessions (classes). Events can be of multiple days or a single day. Practise Sessions are, generally, one-time sessions that occur after completion of a workshop (Event). Practise sessions are generally single-day sessions.
  • What is a Practise Session Pass?
    After completion of an Event, based on the Event, Client can receive Practise Session Pass that are instruments that allow Clients to register for Practise Sessions and avail discounts on the subscription.
  • What is User Settings?
    User Settings is the section of your Client Portal where you will find your personal information (under the "User Profile" tab) that you can edit any time, and the ability to change your portal password (under the "Change Password" tab).
  • What is wallet?
    A wallet serves as a digital repository for your account, capable of storing your credit balance in a digital format that can be utilized when booking classes or requesting refunds upon unsubscription.
  • How to redeem Practise Session Pass?
    You can redeem your practise session passes for subscriptions to practise sessions for discounts. You can see your active practise session passes from the list of passes in the "Passes" tab from the left navigation menu in your Client portal. To redeem Practise Session Pass, Select a Practise Session from the Yoga centre website widget. Confirm the selection and continue through the Waivers and the Terms and Conditions of the Yoga Centre. At the final stage, look for the "Redeem Practise Session Pass" section in the modal. Click on it to reveal your available Practise Session Passes. Click on the checkbox next to a Pass to apply it to your purchase. The amount will update in real time accordingly. Confirm and complete the purchase accordingly.
  • How to add balance to my wallet?
    You cannot add balance to your wallet. The wallet is credited when Admin chooses "Wallet" as a refund method during unsubscription.
  • How to check my wallet balance?
    After logging in to the console, the Wallet balance is shown at the top-right-hand side corner as shown below.
  • How to check the Transaction History?
    You can view all your Transactions in the Transactions tab. Navigate to the "Transactions" tab from the left navigation menu. This is where you will find a list of all your Transactions. You can also click on any transactions to see more details like Program name, mode of payment, amount, and more.
  • How to view upcoming sessions?
    You can see all your Events and Practice Sessions in the "My programs" tab. Navigate to the "My Programs" tab from the left navigation menu. Under the "Program Events" tab, you can see all your upcoming and completed events. Under the "Practise Sessions" tab, you will find all your upcoming and completed practise sessions. You can click on any of the Events to see a more detailed view with upcoming sessions on a date basis.
  • How to unsubscribe and get refund?
    In order to unsubscribe from an Event or a Practise Session, please contact the Admin of the Yoga Center and the Admin of the Yoga Center will proceed to unsubscribe you and handle the particulars. By default, the refund is directed to the original payment source. For example, if payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be processed to the credit card and so on.
  • How to redeem wallet balance?
    Wallet balance can be redeemed during an Event booking at the "Redeem Options" step, as shown below.
