Introduction
The subsequent are the usage stipulations for yoga-admin-console.righttasker.com.au (hereby referred to as "Conditions") and all interconnected web domains possessed and managed by Right Tasker (hereafter denoted as "we," "us," and "our"), comprising all subsidiary subdomains, subdirectories, mobile sites, and mobile applications (collectively designated as the "Platform"). We represent a bounded entity, duly registered in Australia. Our recorded headquarters is situated at 3 Good Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150, Australia.

By perpetuating the utilization of the Platform after the publication of revisions, you are signifying your acceptance and conformity to the alterations. Subject to your adherence to these Conditions of Utilization, Right Tasker affords you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and delimited entitlement to access and exploit the Platform. If you are a Client
Thank you for clarifying. It's great to hear that Right Tasker operates only in Australia and doesn't share personal or company data with other organizations or third parties. It's important to ensure compliance with data protection laws and to have legal protections in place for any data transfers that may occur. Regular updates to your partners, service providers, and your privacy notice are also important steps to maintain transparency and accountability. This proactive approach helps build trust with your users and partners.

How do we protect your information?
It's reassuring to know that Right Tasker takes data security seriously and has implemented strong measures to protect the information provided by users. The use of secure end-to-end encryption, industry-standard security protocols, strict access limitations, and monitoring of data access requests are all important steps to ensure the safety of sensitive data. While it's true that no method of transmission over the internet can be 100% secure, your efforts to protect data during transmission and storage, as well as your commitment to using strict procedures and security features, demonstrate your dedication to safeguarding user information to the best of your ability. This transparency and proactive approach to security help build trust among your users.

External sites
It's important to provide users with information about the potential risks and responsibilities associated with clicking on external links. By mentioning that Right Tasker may contain links to external sites, you're making users aware that they might leave your platform and visit other websites with their own privacy policies. Advising users to review these external sites' policies before submitting any personal information is a thoughtful step in ensuring their privacy and security. Additionally, the disclaimer that Right Tasker doesn't accept responsibility for these external sites' policies or content, and doesn't necessarily endorse their views, helps set clear expectations for users when navigating away from your platform. This approach demonstrates your commitment to providing a safe and transparent online experience for your users.

How long is your information kept for?
Providing users with information about how long you intend to retain their personal information is essential for transparency and building trust. By outlining your data retention practices, you're giving users a clear understanding of how their information will be managed over time. Mentioning that you will retain personal information for as long as necessary for the original purpose and up to six years thereafter for legal and issue-resolution purposes aligns with best practices for data retention.

Additionally, stating that you may retain data for longer periods in the event of complaints, legal proceedings, or as required by applicable law shows that you take legal and regulatory obligations seriously. Explaining that you will maintain records of users' opt-out preferences or objections further emphasizes your commitment to respecting user choices and privacy.

Lastly, mentioning your intention to retain aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data for reporting and analytics purposes ensures that users understand how you use non-personal data for data analysis and improvements. This approach demonstrates your organization's diligence in managing data responsibly and in line with relevant regulations.
Dashbord
Aggregated data
Explaining that you may anonymize personal data under certain circumstances is an important aspect of transparency in data management. By converting data into an anonymous format, you're ensuring that it can no longer be linked back to specific individuals, which helps protect user privacy.

Stating that you will retain and use anonymized data indefinitely for various purposes, such as understanding user behavior, generating statistics, and improving services, is a good way to show users that you value their privacy while still benefiting from data analysis. This practice aligns with privacy best practices and provides users with a clear understanding of how their information will be utilized in a non-identifiable manner.
Dashbord
What rights do you have with your personal information?
Explaining the rights that individuals have regarding their personal information is crucial for transparency and building trust. By outlining these rights, you're empowering users to understand and exercise control over their data.

Mentioning the specific rights that individuals have, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent, demonstrates that you are committed to respecting their privacy and providing them with the necessary tools to manage their data.

Providing contact information for users to reach out to if they want to exercise their rights, as well as mentioning the option to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, shows that you take data protection seriously and are willing to address any concerns that may arise. Additionally, providing a link to the supervisory authority's website allows users to access more information about their rights and how to exercise them.

Greetings! Welcome to Right Tasker. We've put in significant effort to ensure that our Terms and Conditions (referred to as Terms of Service) are easily understandable. Below, we've outlined the key points from our Terms of Service summary. However, please be sure to also read the complete version that follows.

Right Tasker operates the Right Tasker Platform, encompassing www.righttasker.com and the Right Tasker app. This platform allows you to conveniently explore and make online bookings or purchases from spas, salons, beauticians, trainers, and various other businesses. Through the Right Tasker Platform, you can either book appointments or place orders for Partner Services, which may include Products offered by our Partners.

It's important to note that the Partner Services available for booking or purchase via Right Tasker are provided by our Partners, not by us. Our role is to facilitate and finalize your appointments or orders, acting as the commercial agent appointed by our Partners for this purpose.

In cases where you make payments for Partner Services using the Right Tasker Payment Services, we may receive and collect your payment on behalf of the relevant Partner as their commercial agent. Upon receipt of your payment, your obligation to the Partner for the purchased Partner Services is fulfilled.

Please recognize that the contractual agreement for Partner Services is established directly between you and the relevant Partner. The quality and execution of the Partner Services are the responsibility of the Partners themselves. However, if you encounter any dissatisfaction with a Partner, we encourage you to reach out to us at btlabs.au@gmail.com. We're here to assist to the best of our abilities.

When you make an Appointment or Order, you are agreeing to a Partner Contract, which includes any applicable Partner Terms of Sale provided by the relevant Partner. It's important to understand that Right Tasker is not a party to this agreement. Before confirming an Appointment or Order, we advise you to thoroughly review all the details and any associated restrictions.

Should you violate any part of these Terms of Service or our Terms of Use, or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate, abusive, or unacceptable towards Partners or our staff, Right Tasker reserves the right to deactivate your Right Tasker Account.

In instances where you wish to reschedule, cancel an Appointment or Order, or initiate a return or exchange for a Product, we recommend reviewing these Terms of Service and any applicable Partner Contract to determine whether it is possible. If it is, you can take the following actions:

Submit a request through the Right Tasker Platform.
Directly contact the Partner via email or phone.

Our Services
Right Tasker provides a platform to facilitate connections between you and our Partners, who offer a variety of Products and services within the beauty and wellness sector, spanning areas like haircare, beauty treatments, training, and therapy services. Through the Right Tasker Platform, you can conveniently book Appointments for Partner Services, place Orders for Products from our Partners, and make direct payments for both Services and Orders. It's important to note that Right Tasker doesn't operate any Partners, deliver Partner Services, or fulfill Orders for Products.

By engaging with the Right Tasker Services, you establish a contract with Right Tasker based on these Terms of Service. However, the contractual relationship concerning the Partner Services is exclusively between you and the Partner.

Right Tasker operates as an intermediary in the process, effectively serving as the agent for each Partner to arrange and finalize your Appointments and Orders.

In instances where you make a payment for an Appointment/Order through the Right Tasker Platform, we receive the payment as a commercial agent on behalf of the respective Partner. This payment serves to settle your financial obligation to the Partner for that specific Appointment/Order. It's important to note that this arrangement does not apply to any Pay In-Store Service scenarios.

Our partners' services
When you utilize the Right Tasker Platform to make bookings or place orders for Partner Services or Products, you also establish a Partner Contract with the pertinent Partner, which encompasses any applicable Partner Terms of Sale.

It's crucial to understand that the provision of Partner Services by our Partners and the fulfillment of Appointments/Orders are both governed by the terms outlined in the Partner Contract. Please note that Right Tasker is not a participant in the Partner Contract that you establish with the Partner.
Our Partner's Responsibilities
Our Partners are obligated to deliver Partner Services in accordance with the specifications detailed in the applicable Partner Contract, which encompasses any pertinent Partner Terms of Sale.

While we impose the requirement that our Partners furnish accurate, comprehensive, and truthful information for the Right Tasker Platform, we are unable to independently verify the accuracy of the information they provide. Each Partner bears the responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information and the availability of all listed Partner Services on the Right Tasker Platform. The depictions and visual representations of Partner Services on the Right Tasker Platform are intended solely for illustrative purposes, and the actual Partner Services may differ from these depictions.
Your Rights
If you are a consumer, you possess legal entitlements concerning services that are not executed with reasonable care and expertise, or if they do not match the description provided. You can seek guidance regarding your legal rights from your nearby Citizens' Advice Bureau or trading standards office. Using Right Tasker responsibly
To make the most out of your usage of Right Tasker, consider the following steps:

Contact Partners Directly: You can easily reach out to Partners by using the contact information provided in their Partner Profiles. Additionally, you can seek assistance from our support team at btlabs.au@gmail.com.

Review the Partner Contract: Partners may incorporate specific terms related to deposits, cancellations, refunds, returns, taxes, or additional duties. Look for links to these specific terms within the Partner Contract and read them attentively.

Ensure Secure Checkout: Our Right Tasker Payment Services are designed to ensure a secure online payment experience. Verify the beginning of the checkout link (e.g., https://) to confirm its security.

Conduct Independent Research: In addition to checking reviews on Right Tasker, consider exploring external sources like Google or other reputable review platforms. This will provide you with a broader perspective on the quality of a Partner's products or services.
Providing any health or other relevant information
It is your responsibility (or the responsibility of the individual receiving the Partner Services) to communicate any medical, health-related conditions, or special needs to the Partner in advance. These conditions or needs could potentially affect or be affected by the Partner Services. For instance, this includes sharing allergy information and health concerns. Furthermore, it is important to ensure that any purchased Product is suitable for you, and if necessary, inquire for additional information from the Partner selling the Product.

Failure to disclose such pertinent information to the relevant Partner or neglecting to assess the suitability of a Product could result in the exclusion of liability for both Right Tasker and the corresponding Partner. In such cases, if injury, loss, or damages arise from the Partner Services that could have been prevented with proper disclosure or assessment, neither Right Tasker nor the Partner will be held liable.
Service communications
In relation to your utilization of the Right Tasker Services, Right Tasker may send you electronic service messages. These electronic messages may be dispatched for a variety of reasons, including matters of security (e.g., verifying the connection of your smartphone to the registered phone number) and matters concerning an Appointment/Order you have made (e.g., if a Partner modifies an Appointment or encounters a stock shortage for an item you've ordered, you may receive a notification via text message).

By availing the Right Tasker Services, you consent to receiving automated text messages from Right Tasker and its Partners at the phone number you provided during registration. You also acknowledge that these messages could encompass promotional content, as well as information pertaining to your account and Appointment/Order. It's important to note that agreeing to receive such automated messages is not a prerequisite for utilizing the service. You retain the choice to opt out of receiving certain or all automated messages through your personal profile settings.

For comprehensive insights into how your personal information is used and details about promotional and marketing messages, please consult our Privacy Policy.

How to make an appointment / order
Through the Right Tasker Platform, you have the ability to choose the Partner Services you wish to receive and proceed to make an Appointment/Order for the selected Partner Service. Before confirming your Appointment/Order, you can review and rectify any errors as needed. Any applicable Partner Terms of Sale (including policies like Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, or No Show Policy) will be disclosed to you before you confirm. It's crucial to thoroughly review and verify all the specifics of your Appointment/Order and any relevant Partner Terms of Sale before finalizing.

Upon initiating an Appointment/Order, we (as the commercial agent representing the Partner) will forward your request to the Partner, and the formal Partner Contract will be established once we transmit a Confirmation to you. It's important to note that the availability of all Partner Services displayed on the Right Tasker Platform is contingent upon actual availability. We possess the authority to accept or decline each individual Appointment/Order on behalf of the Partner. The Confirmation, which will be sent via email or SMS to the contact details provided in your Right Tasker Account upon confirming an Appointment/Order, serves as your acknowledgment from Right Tasker. If you require a tax receipt, it's necessary to directly get in touch with the Partner.

When you create an appointment, remember that you must be present at the Partner's business location in order to receive the Partner Services. The exact location will be specified in the Partner Terms of Sale.
Dashbord
Vouchers issued by our Partners
Our Partners have the option to offer Partner Vouchers that can be used for their services or allow you to buy Partner Vouchers for future use towards their services. The availability and terms of Partner Vouchers are determined by each individual Partner.

If you decide to purchase a Partner Voucher from a Partner, the terms and conditions provided by the Partner at the time of purchase will apply. The issuance and redemption of Partner Vouchers are governed by the Partner Contract, including any applicable Partner Terms of Sale. Please note that Right Tasker is not a participant in the Partner Contract that you establish with the Partner, and we do not assume responsibility for Partner Vouchers. In cases where the terms of an offer do not specify a fixed or minimum duration during which the offer will be valid, the Partner holds the right to withdraw the offer at any time. This is applicable unless you have already placed an Appointment/Order based on the offer, and we have sent you a confirmation notice.
Dashbord
Promo codes issued by our Partners
Promo codes, which can be applied during the purchase of Partner Services, may be provided by our Partners. These Promo Codes are issued at the discretion of the Partner and can be withdrawn at any time. This could happen if they are suspected of being used fraudulently, leading to technical problems, or subject to manipulation.

When Promo Codes are designated for your exclusive use, you should not share them with any third parties. However, if Promo Codes are meant for public use, you can share them with anyone. Should it be reasonably determined by Right Tasker or the Partner that you have shared or misused a Promo Code, it may be canceled.

The terms and conditions of Promo Codes, as well as the fulfillment of Partner Services, are the responsibility of the Partner. Right Tasker does not assume any responsibility for the Promo Codes provided by our Partners. For more details on Promo Codes, you can refer to our blog.

Paying for a Partner service
Prices charged by our Partners
The prices, along with any applicable delivery or processing charges, for your Appointment/Order will be clearly stated on the Right Tasker Platform.

Please note that the final price of an Appointment might change if you decide to purchase extra goods or services from the Partner when you receive the Partner Services.

Additionally, Right Tasker Partners may provide discounts that will be taken into account in the final payment amount.
Tips
If you'd like, you have the option to provide a tip to the Partner after your Appointment. A notification will be displayed on the Right Tasker Platform for this purpose. Tipping is entirely voluntary and separate from the payment for the Appointment itself. Right Tasker acts as the limited payment collection agent for the Partner and will handle the collection of tips on their behalf. When you decide to tip, it will be treated as a direct payment from you to the Partner. Your name will be shared with the Partner when we notify them about the tip. After accounting for payment processing fees, the Partner will receive 100% of the tip amount you choose to give.
Making payments for Partner services
By using the Right Tasker Platform, you agree to provide a valid payment method and to pay for all Partner Services you purchase from the Partner. Payments for Appointments and Orders can be made either through the Right Tasker Payment Services or directly with the Partner using the Pay In-Store Service.

If you opt to use the Right Tasker Payment Services, Right Tasker, acting as the commercial agent for the Partner, will charge you the total amount for your Appointment/Order, including any applicable taxes and additional fees. To facilitate the Right Tasker Payment Services, we will use the payment method you provide us with, and the payment will be processed in the currency specified in the Confirmation. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred by you will be your responsibility in addition to the payment made to us. When Right Tasker receives your payment, your debt to the relevant Partner for that Appointment/Order will be settled.

You might have the choice to select certain Appointments/Orders as a Pay In-Store Service. This means you can make the Appointment/Order without using the Right Tasker Payment Services and instead pay the Partner directly for their services using cash, credit card, or another payment method accepted by the Partner. The Partner may have the option to charge the payment method associated with your Right Tasker Account at checkout for Pay In-Store Services. This choice will be available only for Partners that offer Pay In-Store Services and may not be applicable for all Partners.
Making payments for Partner services
Right Tasker employs a third-party payment processor (referred to as the "Payment Processor") to facilitate the linkage of the payment card you provide within the Right Tasker Platform. The handling of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your usage of the Right Tasker Platform will be subject to the privacy policies, terms and conditions, and other provisions of our Payment Processor, as well as the terms of your credit card issuer. These terms are additional to the Terms of Service outlined here. While Right Tasker takes reasonable precautions to ensure the availability and functionality of the Right Tasker Payment Services, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or fully secure access to this service. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the system is immune to viruses or errors.

It's important to note that Right Tasker cannot be held responsible for any errors arising from the actions of the Payment Processor. Periodically, access to Payment Processing may be limited to accommodate repairs, maintenance, or the implementation of new features or services. We will make efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of any planned interruptions and will endeavor to restore the service as quickly as reasonably feasible.
Tax
The Partner bears sole responsibility for any indirect taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, GST, or service tax) relating to the complete value of an Appointment/Order. This also encompasses any adjustments made for additional goods or services sold and any applied discounts, as appropriate.

With the exception of VAT or other pertinent sales taxes that are incorporated within the displayed price on the Right Tasker Platform, Right Tasker does not levy taxes on Orders. This is because the Partner Services are furnished by the Partner, not by Right Tasker. Should you place an order through the Right Tasker Platform, a tax invoice will be furnished via the same platform. Conversely, if you place an order directly through a Partner, the Partner will provide a tax invoice upon request.

We include taxes for all Products in an Order and implement the highest relevant tax rate for shipping, where applicable. In instances where Products within an Order bear distinct tax rates, the highest tax rate will be extended to all Products within that Order.
Dashbord
Appointment changes and cancellations
Rescheduling an appointment
If you decide to change the timing or date of your Appointment, either partially or entirely, subsequent to receiving a Confirmation, you have the option to reschedule. This can be accomplished through the Right Tasker Platform or by directly getting in touch with the respective Partner.

Please note that rescheduling is contingent upon your Appointment not being imminent, falling within a specific timeframe (e.g., 24 or 48 hours) defined by the Partner in accordance with the Partner Terms of Sale. The window within which you can reschedule your Appointment, as well as the time span between your rescheduled Appointment and the original scheduled start time, will be set independently by each Partner. This information will be disclosed to you at the time of making your Appointment. It's important to familiarize yourself with the Cancellation Policy before confirming your appointment on the Right Tasker Platform. Additionally, bear in mind that your capacity to reschedule is subject to the Partner's availability during your preferred rescheduling time.
Deposits, cancellation and no show policies
In addition to any other legal entitlements you may have, under specific circumstances, you possess the right to terminate a Partner Contract as outlined in this section of the Terms of Service.
Deposits

Partners have the authority to demand a Deposit, which can be in the form of Partner Credits, amounting to a maximum of 100% of the Appointment/Order value, to validate your Appointment/Order as stipulated by the Partner Contract (including any Deposit Policy). We advise that you review the Partner Contract (including any Deposit Policy) before finalizing the Appointment/Order. Deposits might be non-refundable. Right Tasker bears no responsibility for any Deposits made to a Partner.
Cancellations & no shows

If you decide to cancel your scheduled Appointment, you can do so through the Right Tasker Platform or by directly contacting your Partner. However, please note that cancellation options may be subject to specific time frames set by the Partner as outlined in the Partner Terms of Sale. The duration during which you can cancel your Appointment will be determined separately by each Partner and communicated to you at the time of arranging the Appointment, as part of the Partner Terms of Sale.

Right Tasker Partners may implement a Cancellation Policy, which will be communicated and confirmed with you when scheduling your Appointment. If such a policy exists, Right Tasker may automatically charge your card an amount determined by the Partner, potentially up to the full value (100%) of the Appointment, in case of a cancellation. If you decide to cancel an Appointment beyond the period specified in the Partner's Cancellation Policy, a refund might not be possible unless mutually agreed upon between you and the Partner directly.

Partners might also implement a No Show Policy. If you fail to appear at the Partner's premises at the scheduled Appointment time, the Partner may opt to apply their No Show Policy, leading to a potential automatic charge by Right Tasker of up to the full value (100%) of the Appointment.

It's important to note that refunds won't be granted for cancellations made within the specific time frame outlined in the relevant Partner's Cancellation Policy.

Product refunds and cancellations
Purchasing products from Partners
Our Partners have the option to establish their own Partner stores through our services, enabling you to directly purchase Products from them. It's important to note that Right Tasker does not function as the seller of the Products available on the Right Tasker Platform; rather, these Products are sold by our Partners. When you make a purchase of a Product via the Right Tasker Platform, you are conducting the transaction with the Partner, not with Right Tasker. Consequently, the Partner assumes complete responsibility for aspects such as marketing, advertising, sales, delivery, and any subsequent post-sale assistance.

Should you encounter any issues with a Product, such as dissatisfaction, defects, or delays, we recommend that you get in touch with the specific Partner responsible for selling the Product. Below, we outline the minimum cancellation and refund rights that Partners are required to offer, as detailed in this policy.
Product delivery
The Order you place will be fulfilled and delivered by the specified delivery date provided in the Confirmation. If no delivery date is indicated, the delivery will occur within 30 days from the Confirmation date, except in extraordinary circumstances.

The delivery address you provide during the Order process will be used for shipping. It's important to note that delivery to PO Box addresses or similar locations is not feasible. Our Partners decide on the countries and addresses they are able to ship to. Additionally, please be aware that the destination you select for shipping may incur customs or import duties.

Within a single Order, all Products will be delivered to the same address. If you're ordering Products for delivery to a different country than the Partner's location, and if the Partner agrees to such delivery, customs authorities may open and inspect the package. Import duties and taxes might apply upon delivery to the designated destination, and you will be responsible for settling these charges. It's important to recognize that we have no control over the amount of these charges and cannot predict them. Prior to placing your Order, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information.

Furthermore, you are required to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations of the country where the Products are being delivered. Any non-compliance with these laws will not be the responsibility of Right Tasker.
Product returns and refunds
For customers located in the United Kingdom:

  • If you cancel an Order with a Partner within the fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, the Partner is obligated to process your refund promptly, and in any case, within 14 days after the day on which they receive the returned Products or, if earlier, the day they receive evidence that you have returned the Products to the specified returns address. The refund will encompass the full price of the Product, along with the standard delivery cost (note that this might not include any charges associated with alternative or premium delivery options). Nonetheless, you will be responsible for covering the expense of returning the Product(s) to the Partner, unless otherwise stated in the applicable Partner Terms of Sale.
  • In situations where you place an Order, pay for a Product, but the Partner declines your Order, you will be eligible for a refund for that specific purchase.
